With every booking guests are required to purchase damage insurance, which provides coverage for accidental damage up to a specified amount. This small non-refundable insurance fee covers most accidental incidents (for example, a broken lamp or stained bedding). Insurance does not cover intentional damage, theft, or misuse of property. Our goal is to make every stay at our Ranch a worry-free and welcoming experience and this insurance coverage ensures peace of mind for our guests and protection for the Ranch’s beautiful spaces.
